At the UP Museum during RR Days 2023:

Discover the fascinating history of law and order on the railroad in a new exhibit opening at the Union Pacific Museum. Discover the history of railroad police, how they developed, what makes their service different from city police, and why railroads still have police officers today! The exhibit is free and open to the public from September 23, 2023, through September 2024.

Special Railroad Days 2023 activities at the Union Pacific Museum also include:

• Union Pacific Museum Special Agent Challenge! Visitors are invited to expand their detection skills with a Special Agent Challenge passport. Complete three tasks throughout the museum and celebrate your achievement in a special photo op! Are you up to the challenge?
• A fully landscaped N-Scale model train layout depicting typical Midwestern scenes. Stop by and watch these unique scale trains travel through rural, urban, and mountainous spaces.
• Interested in Legos? Come and see an award-winning Lego model of UP 5511 on display!
• Made New Makerspace is back as a partner and will provide a Special Agent activity for all visitors to dig into!
